Now is the perfect time to a home.  The mortgage rates are low and the tax credit has been extended!  Home Realty, Inc. has also decided to offer its own "stimulus" plan by providing a Buyer Rebate!  From now until June 30, 2010, you can receive up to $500 per transaction that you close with Home Realty.

Qualifications:

Only first-time Home Buyers are able to participate in this program.

All types of properties qualify for this program.  If the purchase price is over $100,000, then the Buyer will receive a $500.00 rebate.  If the home has a purchase price under $100,000, then the Buyer will receive a $250.00 rebate.  The rebate program must be mentioned to the Agent from the Buyer in order for the Buyer to participate in this program.

Program Specifications:

You must be pre-qualified for a Home Loan.
Getting pre-qualified for a loan is an important first step in buying a home.

You must complete an approved Home Buyer Education Course.
For example, the Georgia Dream Homeownership Program is a good course to take.

You must sign a Buyer Agency Agreement with Home Realty, Inc.
In the state of Georgia, in order for an Agent to represent you in a transaction, you must have a written agreement.
